RECOMMENDATIONS


Follow these simple recommendations to make sure you are well prepared for the training and can effectively sculpt your body during the Vacu Power walk.

Duration of the walk:
Outfit:
30 minutes
sports clothes: a cotton t-shirt,
loose-fitting shorts and sports shoes.

Before the walk:

  • It is recommended that you have a light meal composed of carbohydrates around 1-3 hours before the Vacu Power training.
During the walk:

  • During the Vacu Power training you should drink 0.5l non-carbonated mineral water.
After the walk:
"Eat Healthily"


  • After the training, ensure strength and proper nourishment for your muscles, eating foods which are rich in proteins, such as dairy products, fish or poultry.
  • Try to change your eating habits for good, and limit your lipid intake. Add more fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet to provide your body with the necessary vitamins and minerals.
  • During Vacu Power therapy never follow any strict diets which provide less than 1000 Kcal per day.
  • Drink approx. 1.5 -2 l mineral water per day. Water is a “purifying” agent which helps eliminate harmful metabolites from your body.
